Join our Four-Person Scramble for an entry fee of $125 per player.
Your registration covers the cart, green fees, a catered lunch, an evening buffet, open bar amenities, and a commemorative gift.

Proceeds Distribution
JW Open Golf Outing – Use of Event Proceeds
The JW Open Golf Outing is organized and managed by JW Events LLC. Funds received through golfer registration fees ($125 per golfer), hole sponsorships, and other voluntary donations are used to operate and conduct the event.
Event proceeds are distributed in the following order:
1. Payment of all reasonable and necessary event-related expenses, including but not limited to golf course fees, food, beverages, prizes, awards, event supplies, and other operating costs.
2. Payment of an event management fee to JW Events LLC for the planning, organization, administration, and execution of the golf outing.
3. After all event expenses and the event management fee have been paid, 100% of the remaining net proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society in support of its mission to fund cancer research, patient support programs, advocacy, and prevention initiatives.
The amount donated each year will vary depending on event participation, sponsorships, donations received, and the total costs incurred in producing the event. The JW Open Golf Outing is committed to operating with transparency regarding the use of event funds and to maximizing the charitable contribution made to the American Cancer Society each year.
